you have several options on how to make your Association's dues payments. 

Pay By Check/Money Order or Cashier's Check

If you choose to pay by check, money order or cashier's check please make sure of the following:

1.  Your payment is made payable to your Association 

2.  Your payment should be mailed to P.O. Box 1177, Frankfort, IL  60423.

3.  All association payments are due on the 1st day of the month.  

4.  Be mindful of your Association's established grace period.  Make sure if you are mailing your payment            that you allow sufficient time for mail carry (at least a minimum of three to five business days) to ensure      delivery of your payment prior to the late date.
